Sysmex is a market leader in the field of clinical laboratory testing and health information technology products and services - supplying laboratories, hospitals and healthcare organizations worldwide. We are currently expanding and are seeking experienced professionals with initiative and drive to join our team as "Sales Specialist" in İstanbul.


  • An enthusiastic person with at least a Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in Medical devices industry     
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to handle customer issues     
  • Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making 
  • Good and fluent in both written and oral communication skills       
  • Superb presentation skills
  • Positive working attitude with sense of urgency and result orientation
  • Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
  • Able to travel frequently, valid driving licence and active driving experience
  • No military obligation for male candidates


  • Identify, target, train and manage accounts in the assigned territory 
  • Maintain customer relationship and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with distributors to expand business prospects
  • Have a high degree of product and market knowledge
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
  • Maintain regular communication and continuous contact with all accounts and distributors
  • Represent company at trade exhibitions, congresses and meetings
  • Provide monthly activity reports for proper follow-up implementation and outcome actions
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
